Product Support: How lesson progress works
This is an official post from the Husband Rebuild Team. A few common questions come up about how progress is tracked, so here is the short version. Lesson progress is saved to your account as you move through the material, so you can stop and pick up later on the same device or another one, as long as you are signed in with your purchase email. Your dashboard reflects what you have completed so you can see where you left off. If progress looks out of date, it is usually a sign-in or sync hiccup rather than lost data. The honest guidance here: progress markers are a convenience, not the point. Completing a lesson is not the same as practicing the move it teaches. The real progress shows up in your week, in the message you did not send and the pause you took, not in a checkmark. If your progress genuinely is not saving after a fresh sign-in, reply here with what you are seeing and we will look into it.

Product Support: Where to start inside the OS
This is an official post from the Husband Rebuild Team. If you just got access and are not sure where to begin, start with where the pressure is. The OS is built to meet you at your current temperature rather than force a fixed order. If things are acute right now, go straight to the 72-hour material to stabilize first. If you are about to send something you are unsure about, use the Message Check tools before you touch the main lessons. If things are relatively calm, begin at the start of the core sequence, which walks you through spotting the cycle, finding your protective move, and choosing softer next moves. You do not have to do it all at once. One concept practiced beats five concepts skimmed. Pick the section that matches your week, run the one small action it gives you, and come back. If you are unsure which section fits your situation, reply here and we will point you to a sensible starting place.

Product Support: How to restore access
This is an official post from the Husband Rebuild Team. If you have paid and cannot get into your account, this is almost always a quick fix. Access is tied to the email you used at checkout, so the first step is to make sure you are signing in with that exact address. Most lockouts come from one of three things: signing in with a different email than the one used to purchase, a typo in the address, or an expired or already-used sign-in link. Request a fresh sign-in link, check spam and promotions folders, and use the most recent link, since older ones stop working once a newer one is sent. If you are still stuck after trying the correct email and a fresh link, reply here with the rough date of purchase and which email you expect it to be under. Do not post full card numbers, passwords, or any sensitive payment details in the forum. We will help you get back in from there.

Troubleshooting, access, and feedback
Having trouble with login, video lessons, billing, or anything technical? Post the specifics here: what you tried, what you expected, and what actually happened. Clear details get you a faster, more useful answer. Please do not post private payment details, full card numbers, or sensitive personal information in the forum. For anything involving your account or billing, share only what is needed to describe the problem, and we will direct you to the secure channel for the rest. This category is also for product feedback. If something is confusing, missing, or could be clearer, tell us. The tools improve fastest when the men using them say plainly what is working and what is not.

Getting started: how to use the tools together
If you are new, here is the simplest path. Start with the 72-hour stabilization steps if things are hot right now. Once calmer, run a Find the Devil cycle map so you can see your loop. Then use the message check before any important text, and begin a weekly review to keep momentum. The forum and the in-app tools are meant to work together. The tools give you structure; the forum gives you a place to think out loud and get a steady second opinion. Neither replaces real-world support when that is what a situation needs. If you are unsure where to begin, post a one-line description of your situation and we will point you to the right starting place. There is no wrong first step except trying to do everything at once.
