Ground rules and the boundaries we hold

A few rules keep this space useful. No blaming-only venting, no advice about controlling or pressuring another person, and no promises that any technique will change someone else's mind. You are here to work on your part of the pattern, because that is the only part you can actually move. We also hold real limits. This is self-guided education, not treatment for trauma, addiction, abuse, or a mental-health crisis. If there is violence, fear for safety, or thoughts of harm, that is outside what a forum can hold and deserves real-world support right away. When you post, describe your own actions and reactions more than hers. Ask for one focused piece of help, not a verdict on who is right. Reply to someone else's thread the same way: one steady, practical observation beats ten opinions.
