Tracking the pattern over time

Husband Rebuild · 6d ago

One week tells you a little. Six weeks tells you the truth. When you log your cycle and your moves regularly, you start to see the shape of the thing, including the triggers you kept missing and the small wins you kept dismissing. People tend to overrate one bad day and underrate steady improvement. A running log fixes that. It shows you that the loop is firing less often, recovering faster, or escalating less hard, even when a single moment felt like failure. Start a simple weekly note: cycle moments this week, how fast you recovered, one thing you would repeat. Post your first entry. In a few weeks you will have data on yourself that no single argument can distort.
